The clients were building a new Real Estate company specializing in Belizian properties but needed a name that would speak to their North American client base while also allowing future expansion into other markets.
Our first step was to meet with the clients and get a thorough understanding of their business, target customers and key elements they wanted to represent. It was soon clear that their branding needed to be open enough for expansion into additional markets while still speaking to their core value as trusted guides in international real estate.
The Results
Baymen Properties – A strong name that speaks to being on the water with a historic nod. Because of the Baymen’s victory at St George Caye, today Belize is the only English speaking country in Central America.
Our inspiration images for the name flowed into the development of the logo. We wanted to capture that core value of our clients expertize & guidance in a complicated international market.
